CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  • All Levels
    These classes are generally recommended for people with some yoga experience.  Variations and deeper explorations of foundational poses as well as of more advanced poses are taught.  Headstand and Shoulder stand are taught but modifications and alternatives will be also given for those who do not practice these poses for any reasons.
  • Beginner Series 
    This will be offered as a 5-week series to introduce you to the foundation of yoga postures step by step.  This course will be perfect for those who are new to yoga or wish to brush up on the basics.

    Examples of these offerings are: Therapeutic focused workshops and series to address common ailments such as back pain, shoulder & neck tightness; workshops on use of props; series on pranayama (breathing technique); an afternoon of practicing different facets of yoga and more.
