Urban Retreat: Cultivating Balance and Integration Part 2 Oct 14, 2023 (SAT), 1:00 - 4:30PM Maru Dojo, 301A Church Street, SF Take time out and join me for an afternoon of yoga at our beautiful bright new home, Maru Dojo in San Francisco! I want us to continue to explore the theme from the April retreat: cultivating balance and integration in our yoga practice and ultimately in life. The afternoon is designed to include different facets of yoga practice (asana, pranayama, philosophy) and will be interactive and interpersonal. The registration is limited to 12 students who have been practicing yoga in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar for a minimum of 1 year. Practicing with an intimate group of like-minded practitioners is aways inspiring and nourishing. Speaking of nourishing, there will be tea and refreshments offered at the break! Combine the urban retreat with two online classes: Self-Care on 10/13/23 (FRI, 5-6:15pm) & All Level on 10/15/23 (SUN, 9-10:30am or 5-6:30pm). The theme will be explored in all of these classes.
