All classes are conducted through zoom.

*Please have a minimum of a sticky mat, 1-2 blocks, a chair, bolster, a belt and 3-5 blankets
​or items to use as alternatives to these props.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  • Restorative
    This gentle paced class aims to guide you to develop a well-rounded yoga practice for deep rest and rejuvenation.  Some yoga experience is recommended.
  • All Levels
    These classes are generally recommended for people with some yoga experience.  Variations and deeper explorations of foundational poses as well as of more advanced poses are taught.  Headstand and Shoulder stand are taught but modifications and alternatives will be also given for those who do not practice these poses for any reasons.
  • Special Offerings - COMING SOON!
    Examples of these offerings are: Therapeutic focused workshops and series to address common ailments such as back pain, shoulder & neck tightness; workshops on use of props; series on pranayama (breathing technique); an afternoon of practicing different facets of yoga and more.
