Tune Up: Feet, Knees, Hips

The aim of this workshop is to learn how to adapt yoga practice to manage common issues related to feet, knees or hips. These parts are so deeply interactive with one another - creating space, balance, elasticity and stability in one part often relieve strain in other parts. You will explore and learn ways to modify and adjust poses through use of props to find healthy relationship among these parts AND to develop your own internal understanding of how your feet, knees, hips work with one another.
This workshop is recommended for students who have stiffness and pain in these areas due to minor injuries and/or wear-and-tear. The classes are also great for those who are interested in learning more about these parts of the body through yoga practice.
If you have a major injury or illness, please contact me before attending the class.
