Please bring the following. 
  • 1 sticky mat
  • 3-5 blankets (enough to do shoulder stand)
  • 2 blocks
  • 1 strap
  • 1 bolster
  • 1 chair​

Lodging
We will be staying at simple but charming redwood cabins nestled among trees and gardens.  Each room has 2-3 single or double beds and a bathroom.

Meal
The fee will include the main meals of the day.  Westerbeke Ranch boasts its food as fresh, local, delicious, nutritious, sustainable and hand-made, and I heard from many that they LOVED their food and it indeed was one of the highlights of their stay.

You can make a deposit of $150 to hold your place.  We can create a workable payment plan for you.

Please note - $150 is non-refundable with no exception.
  • Cancel by May 23, 2025        Full refund minus $150
  • Cancel by June 20, 2025       50% refund minus $150
  • After June 20, 2025                No refund
